Definition
Excellent
System new installed, or comes in the first quarter of its useful life and just need regular maintenance. Recommend replacement end of service life if it is within the horizon of the report.
 
Good
System is in the second quarter of its useful life, responds well to its function, its performance / requires minor repairs. Recommend replacement end of service life.
 
Average
System is in the third quarter of its useful life, responds well to its function, its performance / requires minor repairs. Recommend replacement end of service life.
 
Fair
System is in the fourth quarter of its useful life, and requires some repairs or replacement of some parts. Recommend replacement end of service life ( it may need to increase service life if the remaining is less than 3 years and system in working condition).
 
Poor
System's useful life is end or exceeded / requires major repairs or frequent repairs occurred. Recommend replacement.
 
Defective
System's service life is largely exceeded / requires many repairs or replacement and malfunction. Recommend replacement immediately.
