Inactive means sold, demolished/destroyed, or abandoned for owned facilities; or lease terminated for leased Buildings. Otherwise, a facility is considered Active, though it may not be occupied. (Use Active).
Total Gross Square Footage of a Facility. It represents the cumulative total of the Building inclusive of all floors (above and below grade) to the outside face of exterior walls.
