Scenario Analysis

The FCI Scenario Analysis module of the AMS evaluates various funding scenarios to tackle the renewal needs and determine the effect of the funding on the FCI. Advantages of the FCI Scenario analysis:

Step 1 - Complete Form

Complete the required information; Start Year, Number of Years, and the user needs to include Deferred Maintenances

Step 2 - Select Asset

In this step the user can select more than one (1) asset and search specific asset as well

Step 3 - Requirement Details

In this step the user can revise and edit the cost for all requirements
4

Step 4 - Yearly Totals

In this step the software shows the cost per year
5

Step 5 - Select a What-If-Scenario

In this step the user must choose a what-if-scenario out of seven (7) scenarios.
  • Fixed Amount Of Funding Provided Each Year
  • Fixed Amount Of Funding With A Percentage Increase
  • Funding To Maintain FCI
  • Eliminate Backlog
  • Funding As Percentage Of CRV
  • Funding As A Percentage Of Requirement Cost
  • Eliminating Backlog Each Year
