The preventative maintenance (PM) module works using the FCA data as a base and loads default PM tasks and frequencies for each system, which can be customized by the administrator. The Asset Management System (AMS) helps in assignment of PM tasks to maintenance personnel who are notified via email or on screen and can close the tasks upon completion. The AMS automatically triggers a work order based on PM activity due date.
