In order to edit a requirement, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Search for the requirement number in the search button on the top right of the FCA software screen.
Step 2: Open the requirement
Step 3: Enter information in all editable fields, and then click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to ensure the information is saved on the database.
Requirement cost field, if the "Calculate Assist" button is toggled to "Yes", and you wish to enter the requirement cost manually, simply toggle the "Calculate Assist" button to "No", and enter the requirement cost directly in the "Requirement Cost" field. Also, if a quote with a cost estimate is available, make sure to attach the quote to the "Attachments" tab of the requirement.
