Add a requirement

 
To add a requirement, please do the following:
 
1. Go to the Dashboard and click on Explore
2. Select the Portfolio, and Site
3. A list of your Assets appear here. Choose the Asset where the new Requirement will be added
4. A list of your Systems appear here. On the right side of the System you want to add the Requirement too, hover over the three dots “· · ·”
5. Choose the first Icon “Add Requirement”
6. Fill out all of the information and the “Add” button will appear green in the bottom right side of your screen
A requirement ID will be automatically generated when the requirement has been added successfully.
 
Make sure the user know the exact system UNIFORMAT that the requirement belongs to, if not please email us or give us a call and we will be able to determine the right one.
 
Below is a quick outline of the UNIFORMAT break down:
 
A-B-C Architectural and structural
D10-D40 Mechanical
D50 Electrical
E: Equipment 
F: Special Reports
G: Site Components and SHOULD ONLY BE ADDED to “Site Components” Asset
